About WH Repairs

On 3rd April 2018, our in-house repairs team, Wellingborough Homes Repairs, launched with the aim of providing our customers with a more flexible, stable and personal repairs service.


Those who have had repairs from us before April 2018 will have noticed new uniforms, new vans, and new ID badges. This is designed to make it easier for you to recognise who works for us. Where we use other contractors, they should always be able to provide you with ID and you can call us on 01933 234450 if you are ever unsure. It is important that you do not let anyone claiming to be from Wellingborough Homes into your property without seeing their ID.


We will be making improvements on a gradual basis and they are all designed to make the service more flexible, more effective, and more responsive to what customers have told us they want.


Time slots

We know you have other priorities, so in consultation with our customers, we have launched a ‘school run’ timeslot for repairs appointments, which is available on many types of repairs. This is between 9.30am and 2.30pm, allowing you time to take care of other things.


Customer feedback

It is important for us to know what you think of our service, so if we have a mobile phone number for you, you will receive a text after your repair asking you how we did.
