When reporting a repair in Office Hours please state the following clearly:

  • Your name and address
  • When you will be at home
  • Home/work or mobile telephone numbers
  • As much detail about the repair required as you can

Target Response Times

There are targets set for completing repairs needed by tenants. Each repair job is placed into a priority category:

Priority 1 - Complete within same day
Emergency work

Priority 2 - Complete within 3 working days
Partial loss of electricity

Priority 3 - Complete within 7 working days
Leaking overflow

Priority 4 - Complete within 28 working days
Leaking gutters

Priority 6 - Complete within 2 hours

Right to Repair

There is also a Right to Repair scheme for tenants so that some small urgent repairs which might affect your health, safety or security are done quickly and easily by ensuring these repairs are carried out within a certain time. Leaflets on the Right to Repair are available from our Customer Service Centre.
