A quick and easy way to pay! You’ll need the 19 digit number from your Wellingborough Homes payment card and a debit/credit card*. If you have an Apple, Windows or Android smartphone/tablet, you can download the free Allpay payment app using the same components as above.

Set up a Direct Debit by contacting us on 01933 234450 or drop into Thompson Court to complete the forms. We current offer the following dates for payment: 1st & 15th of every month.
You can pay us regularly on any date by standing order from a bank or building society account, just download and complete the standing order form and send it to your bank. You can also contact our Customer Services Team on 01933 234450 or call into our Thompson Court office to get a form.
Debit or Credit card
You can pay by phone using our 24 hour automated line, call us on 01933 234450, selecting option 1. You’ll need the 19 digit number from your Wellingborough Homes payment card and a debit or credit card*. You can also pay at the Post Office or anywhere displaying the Paypoint logo.
You can pay at the Post Office or anywhere displaying the PayPoint logo. You will need your Wellingborough Homes payment card. These outlets will also accept debit and credit cards*.
Still using cheques?
If you wish to pay by cheque please make your cheque payable to ‘Wellingborough Homes Ltd’ and bring it to our Customer Service Centre at Thompson Court, or post it to;

Please write your name, address and account number on the back and allow five working days for your account to be credited.
Lost your Wellingborough Homes Payment Card?
You need your Wellingborough Homes Payment Card to pay at the Post Office, Paypoint outlets and through Allpay. If you have lost your card contact us on 01933 234450, selecting option 2 or pop into Thompson Court and we will arrange for a replacement.

If you receive Housing Benefit please be aware that Housing Benefit is being replaced by Universal Credit. Unlike Housing Benefit that is paid directly to us, Universal Credit is a monthly payment made in arrears and paid directly to you. It will be your responsibility to pay your rent to us.
