All tenants and leaseholders named on a Wellingborough Homes tenancy agreement or lease can apply to become a tenant shareholder.
As a shareholder you will:
- Be invited to attend our Annual General Meeting and any other relevant special meetings
- Receive the annual report that explains what was achieved the previous year, together with audited accounts that explain our financial position
- Be able to vote on any proposed changes to Wellingborough Homes' rules.
