Rents and benefits
Your rent helps to pay for the service we provide to you and other tenants, so it's important that everyone pays on time.
Your rent payments should be made each Monday, except where there is a rent-free week. There are lots of payment options to choose from; you can even pay your rent online using Allpay. And dont forget that if you've got a PIN number, you can also view your rent account online. (If you haven't got a number yet, why not complete our Request a PIN form?)
We will send you a rent statement every three months, to confirm your rent account is up-to-date or let you know how much you owe if you're behind with payments. If you need a copy of your rent statement, please email our Customer Services Team or call us on 01933 234450.
if you are having money problems and get behind with your rent, please ask us for debt advice. It's much better to sort things out than wait for the problem to go away - that won't happen and you could even risk losing your home. That's the last thing we want to happen.
So remember, if you have any rent queries, want to ask about possible benefits or need our help sorting out a problem - we're here to help. Please email our Customer Services Team or call 01933 234450. You can also download our Pay your rent leaflet for further information.
