New national standards mean that all housing providers must offer new opportunities to local residents.

You might want:

  • to challenge us to work better with other local agencies, or offer more information and services online - say, money advice.
  • the choice to receive extra support if and when you need it, or not to use and pay for some parts of our service
  • to change the way we offer our repairs service, or the opening times for our offices and local surgeries

  • Take part in a telephone conference with other Wellingborough Homes residents in July 2010 – we pay for the call
  • Talk to us at village fêtes during the summer and our Fun Day on 18 September
  • Answer our Customer Services Centre ‘question of the week’
  • Have a chat if we knock on your door or visit your area.

Residents in Partnership

As well as views on opportunities for better local services, we also want your thoughts on how residents can best shape and direct what we do. Wellingborough Homes must involve residents and be open to scrutiny by you and your neighbours.
