Housing options
At Wellingborough Homes, we own and manage more than 4,500 properties. These range in size from one to five bedrooms. We also manage around 300 homes for older people, where we provide extra support to help them stay independent.
If you're interested in applying for a home from us, or another housing association, please contact the Borough Council of Wellingborough Housing Options team.
You only need to apply for a home once, then you'll be considered for most homes that become ready to let. That's because the Council manages the housing waiting list for the whole area, and 'nominates' people for empty homes, people are now nominated through the choice based letting process known as Keyways.
