Anti-social behaviour (ASB)

This section tells you what to do if you are worried about, or suffering from, anti-social behaviour or domestic violence. You can use these pages to find out about examples of unacceptable behaviour and see what you can expect from us.

Everyone has the right to enjoy peace, quiet and security in and around their home. We take anti-social behaviour very seriously and work hard to tackle any problems that arise in Wellingborough and surrounding areas.

We expect all tenants to behave in an acceptable way, at all times. That means:

• You must comply with all your tenancy conditions.  That means taking care of your home, considering your neighbours and other people living in your area, and not causing any anti-social behaviour, nuisance and harassment to anyone
• You are responsible for the behaviour and actions of your family members, relatives and visitors to your home.
